Automation Module
Vaiking can execute defined actions automatically, checks preconditions before each action, and confirms the result afterwards. If an action fails, a defined compensation or escalation kicks in.
AI Module
Vaiking learns typical operating states, detects deviations, and can contribute to energy optimisation. In our own research data centre, PUE values around 1.02 were achieved under site-specific conditions.

WHAT COUNTS AS WHAT.
- Host
- A monitored device or system, e.g. server, switch, PLC, UPS, PDU, energy meter, or room. Virtual machines count as separate hosts. The reference value of ~16 metrics per host is a guideline, not a contractually fixed limit.
- Metric
- A single measured value or data point, e.g. CPU utilisation, temperature, power consumption, or terminal state. Metrics are the billing unit. The package limit refers exclusively to the number of active metrics.
- Site
- A physical operating location, e.g. data centre, building, or branch office. Multiple sites are possible at no extra charge.
- Tenant
- A logically separated organisational unit with its own scope of visibility. Each tenant's scope is restricted at system level. Included in all packages.
- Add-on logic
- Metrics are extended in blocks of 500. Extension blocks are booked and priced separately by type (Monitoring or Automation Module). Partial blocks cannot be booked.
